Memorial window to William Whistler, in All Saints’ Church,
Hannington, designed and engraved by Sir Laurence Whistler.
Both William Whistler (1886–1978) and Sir Laurence Whistler (1912–2000)
had family roots in the Basingstoke area, but a family connection is not known.
